Padre Island

In June a family(The Halls) moved into our ward; Damon, Andrea, Lydia(3 1/2),and Jaren(Not born till August). We have become great friends with them. They have a tradition of going to Corpus Christi(We were actually on Padre Island off of Corpus.) every year, and they invited K and I to go with them. We had a blast. We took a lot of pictures, so a lot aren't even on here. Enjoy!


We went straight to the beach on Fri, the first day. We arrived around lunch, so after a bit of swimming we had lunch in the tent.

 Yes, it was VERY sandy.

Summer clothes 2011

This is a tank top I made.(ignore the white dress) It's supposed to have a bolero and jeans,and I was going to make the jeans, but we're not sure if our sewing machine can handle jean material.

This(obviously)is a skirt that I made. It's supposed to have a blue shirt and red cummerbund, but I'm almost done with the shirt and I haven't done the cummerbund.

The new arrival.

I got an american girl doll!!!!!!!!! This is just before I opened her. As you can expect me and Kristana were screaming when we saw the mail car.

The american girl doll I got is a New Mexican girl in 1824. The american girl's name is Josefina,but I named my doll Lacy. She is a lot less yellow in real life. A LOT MORE on her later.
